Echofire

Chosen by a higher power, Lucy must stop the Volcryn from unleashing darkness upon the world. Guided by forest allies and her bond with a blue scaled dragon, she faces mythical creatures and treacherous paths to protect her friends and save humanity before it’s too late.

Lucy never asked to be a bearer, but when she discovers Pyrovia, a dragon of sapphire flame, her life is forever bound to magic older than mountains. Together they uncover the rising threat of the Volcryn, a shadow‑sorcerer who corrupts dragons, shatters worlds, and seeks to tear open the gates of the underworld.

Drawn into a realm of wolves with wings of smoke, phoenixes born of fire, and Water Sprites who guard ancient secrets, Lucy must learn to wield the Echofire: a soul‑flame born of silence, memory, and trust. Her journey tests every bond; friendship, loyalty, and love; as she faces battles that collapse volcanoes, summon armies of Watchers, and demand sacrifices that echo across ages.

When Seraphrax, the crimson dragon, gives his life to drag the Volcryn into the abyss, Lucy is left with grief, a single iridescent scale, and the knowledge that her power nearly killed her the first time she used it. Returning home to her mother and grandmother, she hides the truth of her quest, clutching her dragon’s parting gift and longing for skies filled with fire.

But Pyrovia’s vow still burns in her heart: “One day.”
And Lucy knows that as long as magic weaves through the world, new adventures will find them both.
