Our connection to planet Earth is vaster than most of us realize. In fact, our body is an intricate ecosystem of interdependent organisms relying upon one another and the health of our planet to thrive. Factors such as unsuitable foods and chemical toxicity can damage and destroy our body’s delicate balance and lead to disease, which author Toni Toney learned first-hand after collapsing to the floor one morning and—just a few days later—hearing her doctors say that she may not make it. What had she been doing that caused her to become sick—so sick that she was facing the possibility of her own death? More importantly, what could she do differently…possibly to save her own life and restore hope to her two young, frightened children waiting outside the hospital room door? The critical answers to these questions lie within this book, as well as valuable information about the nature of a vital and healthy life. Learn about the relationship between our external and internal environments, and how the food choices that we make, and the situations in which we exist can lead to an internal environmental disaster or pristine health. If you or any of your loved ones are suffering from disease of any kind, this book is a must read! EcoDiet not only clearly describes how the body becomes sick, it tells you exactly what you need to do to restore balance and harmony, and regain health in as little as 90 days. Not only does the book contain more than 170 recipes; it contains pertinent food lists, meal suggestions, and other important guidance for making your return to health easier and more enjoyable. What you must know is this: When you give your body the foods that it was designed to eat, ONLY vibrant health can result. Your health is in your hands. So the question remains: are you ready to join the ecotarian revolution, and to become truly healthy?

About the Author
EcoDiet is the result of Toni Toneys thirty years experience working as an Internal Environmentalist, a restaurateur, and natural food chef for clients around the globe who are suffering from what she calls an ecological breakdown, or looking for a more ecologically balanced, holistic way of living. Toni Toney earned her ?masters degree from the highest possible school of learning: Nature! The EcoDiet food program is the one that Toni subscribed to thirty-three years ago when she got sick and almost died?and when medicine failed to help her. Her body had been sending S-O-S signals for years, but she didnt ?Answer the Call! She was too busy with her real estate career and raising a family to listen. After turning a deaf ear to her symptoms for some time with aspirins and pharmaceutical drugs and ignoring the warning signals, her internal environmental crisis hit. Like planet Earth, she was in the midst of a type of global warming, and it was threatening her very life.
After collapsing to the floor, one fateful morning, and being rushed to the hospital, a series of blood tests revealed a dangerously low white-blood-cell count. For days, it continued to drop, despite many rounds of the strongest intravenous antibiotics possible. Even the most acclaimed immunologists studying my case had no clue to the cause and, therefore, no cure for my problem. They simply blamed my declining white-blood-cell count on some mysterious germ and told me that if my white-blood-cell
count didnt start to increase soon, I may not live. Intense fear had me in its grip. I didnt want to die. I had two young children who needed their mother?and, then, the next day a friend told her about the healing powers of a plant-based diet, and she became resolved to live...and has. Her purpose in writing this book is that it might help the reader, too. Toni does not subscribe to the readily accepted viewpoint of ?disease, but rather views pain and suffering as an internal environment out of balance with nature and the natural order of things. She encourages us to become an internal environmentalist by taking responsibility for the health and sustainability of ones own internal environment as well as the sustainability of the earth and all of its inhabitants. She is a forerunner in the Ecotarian Revolution and is asking others to join her in the quest to ?be the change we want to see in the world and, then, inspire others to do the same!
