This book covers relevant information on DSTP science as well as forging a way to assess potential impacts on the receiving environment. It presents a new face of mining and environmental pollution science, but what makes it more interesting is that environmental impact assessment has to be traced all the way down to the seafloor.

About the Author

The author is currently working as an Environmental Geochemist for aquatic ecology with a mining company in his home country, Papua New Guinea. This book is based on his dissertation for the Degree of Bachelor of Natural Science with Honours at the University of Goroka in the same country.
