About the Author

JOHN M. LEVY is Associate Professor in the Urban Affairs and Planning at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. His previous books include Economic Development Programs for Cities, Counties, and Towns (Praeger, 1981), and Urban and Metropolitan Economics (1985).
