Economic Integration, Growth and Development: Among the Small Island Developing States (SIDS) of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS).

This manuscript comprises of six independent chapters which discusses the economic development issues associated with the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS), each with a particular focus. The manuscript delves into the issues and debates associated with economic growth and development in developing economies and situates the discussion on the impact of economic integration on growth and development on the Small Island Developing States of the OECS. Throughout the discussion, the political and economic issues that promote and hinder progress in economic integration among these SIDS are emphasized. Overall, the manuscript provides an assessment in support of the advancement of economic integration among OECS SIDS for promoting pro-growth and development in the twenty-first century.
