Hardcover with green cloth over boards, black lettering across cover and spine. Corners bumped, each revealing a glimpse of the boards beneath the cloth. Bottom corners curled inward slightly. A few dark scuff marks, likely due to shelf wear, appear on each cover, one more prominent one at center of spine, no text obscured or marred. Hinges slightly faded, also due to wear. Crown and foot of spine frayed. One closed tear at center of foot of spine, clean and about a centimeter in length. Closed tear to cloth over boards at crown, along front hinge, about half an inch in length. Two more closed tears to crown, each about a centimeter long and about half an inch apart. All lettering fully intact and unmarred. Title page dated 1914. No date on copyright page. xii + 368 pages. Includes author's preface to the English edition, body of text, and index of authors. One stain on front attached endpaper, impressions from former owners' pencil marks at top right corner of front free endpaper, pages otherwise clean. All pages lightly and evenly toned. Regular shipping by USPS Media Mail is $4. MEDIA MAIL SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING.
If you'd like tracking, please let us know before you place the order - We're happy to do it but it costs $1 extra because it means we have to print a shipping label for it individually, slowing down the shipping process considerably -- and we want to be able to keep basic shipping costs as low as we can.
