Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Shipping

• Orders are delivered and shipped Monday through Saturday excluding public holidays (occasional local deliveries on Sundays)

• When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect

• When your order is delivered or shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email.

• We currently ship inside the USA via USPS - you may request another shipper if required. We do offer International shipping via our shipping partners - please note that duties and taxes do apply.

• Local deliveries are free within 20 miles of Cedar Rapids, IA and shall be delivered as soon as possible.

Order Processing Times

Most orders will be delivered or shipped within 24 - 48 hours of payment confirmation. During busy periods, for large orders you will be notified of any delays or if we expect that the processing time will be longer than usual.
