About the Author

Judith Rauscher is assistant professor (Juniorprofessorin) of American Literature and Culture at the Universit�t zu K�ln. She holds an M.A. in Comparative Literature from Dartmouth College, an M.A. in English and American Studies and a Ph.D. in American Studies from the Otto-Friedrich-Universit�t Bamberg. Her research focuses on contemporary American poetry, ecocriticism, Mobility Studies, American speculative fiction, and Gender Studies.
