Condition:
Very Good to Near Fine. The dark blue leatherette bindings are clean, uniform, and crisp with bright, unrubbed gilt on all spines. The bindings are tight and strong with no creasing or lean. The interior pages are clean, unmarked, and appear unread. The only flaw is minor spotting on the underside endpapers from previous shelf contact. This does not affect the text block or the exterior presentation. A complete, consecutive run in superior condition.
Ephemera:
This set includes the original A.R.E. Press invoice dated November 25, 1990, promotional flyers for A.R.E. titles (including The Aquarian Conspiracy by Marilyn Ferguson), order forms, and an invitation to join the Association for Research and Enlightenment. This provenance confirms the set was purchased as a unit directly from the publisher.
Why It Matters:
Individual volumes from this series are scattered across the secondary market, but a consecutive run of the first nine volumes is genuinely scarce. The Edgar Cayce collector building a reference library typically has to hunt down each volume separately. This set gives them the core collection in one purchase with the original publisher ephemera to authenticate the provenance.
