Youth Development, Inc. operated a remedial and tutoring program, a summer camp, and a scholarship program for at-risk youth in New York City. Wilkerson, an African American, prepared this report, listing himself as "Consultant. Wilkerson had ended his involvement with the Communist Party in 1957 returned to work in academia. He was a professor at Yeshiva University when this report was prepared. We don't know whether this report was ever published. Seller Inventory # 49864
