From Educator to Executive Function Coach

Burned out, underpaid, and wondering if you can leave the classroom without losing your identity (or your income)? From Educator to Executive Function Coach is a practical roadmap for educators who want the freedom, flexibility, and financial upside of turning their real-world expertise into an executive function coaching practice.

Instead of vague “start a business” advice, this book walks you through a proven 90-day action plan designed to help you land your first paying client. You’ll learn how to craft a clear, simple unique value proposition, and why focusing on the right “domino” matters more than staying busy.

You’ll also learn how to build a referral network by identifying your “Dream 100” and doing consistent daily outreach (even if you don’t have a website). The book shows you how to stay steady through “the dip,” track what’s working, and build a predictable pipeline that can out-earn what most educators can make in the school system.

Once families start reaching out, you’ll learn how to run discovery calls, use a simple form to qualify the right-fit clients, and then deliver a high-quality coaching experience—onboarding clients, running effective sessions, holding family team meetings, and growing your practice with feedback and systems.
