He is an internationally renowned expert in signal processing, biomedical signal processing, and pattern recognition.

Jonathon A. Chambers, FREng, FIEEE, DSc (Imperial), is Emeritus Professor of Signal and Information Processing within the College of Science and Engineering at the University of Leicester, UK.
