When discussing successful leadership within the church, we must consider the church from two different aspects: the organisms (the people) and the organization (the business side). A common misconception among some new leaders is that the church is solely an organism, leading them to disregard the organizational aspect. Conversely, some approach the church with a business background and attempt to run it strictly as a business, neglecting the organism side.
Either mindset can lead to the failure of a church. In this workbook, we aim to ensure that both the organisms (the people) and the organization (the business side) are considered to provide proper balance and insight. As leaders, we must understand that while we are a religious order, we are also an organization. There is an old saying, "Don't be so heavenly-minded that you're no earthly good."
When it comes to the success of the Christian organization and structure, we must heed this wisdom. Many people balk at the idea of organized religion as a negative, misunderstanding the concept of Theocracy. The notion that God will fulfill all our desires like a fairy godparent is erroneous. We must know who we are as leaders and be capable of organizing, delegating, and working to bring about God's will. Therefore, anointed leadership is imperative.

In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. Returns Policy
We ask all customers to contact us for authorisation should they wish to return their order. Orders returned without authorisation may not be credited.
If you wish to return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain authorisation.
Returns requested beyond this time will not be authorised.
Our team will provide full instructions on how to return your order and once received our returns department will process your refund.
