Panagiotis Manolitzas is a researcher at the Decision Support Systems Laboratory of Technical University of Crete. He holds a Bachelor in Public Administration (specialization in Management Science) from the University of Athens, a MSc in Public Management (specialization in Management Science) from the University of Athens and a PhD in Operational Research from the Technical University of Crete. He taught Management Information Systems, Health Management at University of Athens, Management Information Systems and Principles of Business Administration at Technological Educational institute of Piraeus, Decision Support Systems at Technical University of Crete, Health Care Management and Health Information Systems at European Cyprus University. He has over 50 publications in International, National Scientific Conferences and scientific journals. He is a Member of Hellenic Operational Research Society. His research interests lie in the areas of Simulation, Decision Support Systems for the health care organizations, health services research, process mining and multiple criteria analysis.
Evangelos Grigoroudis is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Production Engineering and Management, Technical University of Crete, Chania, Greece. He received the diploma in production and management engineering from the Technical University of Crete, in 1991 and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the same University, in 1996 and 1999, respectively. His research interests are in service quality, operational research, and customer behavioral analysis. He acts as reviewer for more than 50 scientific journals and he is an Assistant Editor of Operational Research: An International Journal and International Journal of Decision Support Systems, and a member of the Editorial Board International Journal of Information and Decision Sciences, International Journal of Information Systems in the Service Sector, and International Journal of Multicriteria Decision Making.
Nikolaos Matsatsinis is a Professor of Information and Intelligent Decision Support Systems at the Department of Production Engineering and Management of the Technical University of Crete, Greece. He is Chairman of the Department, Director of Decision Support Systems Lab and President of Hellenic Operational Research Society (HELORS). He also has over twenty eight years of experience in Information and Decision Systems development. He has coordinate or/and contribute on over of thirty projects. He is the author or co-author of fifteen books and over of sixty six articles in international scientific journals and books. He is member of the international advisory board of three scientific journals. His research interests fall into the areas of Decision Support Systems, Artificial Intelligent and Multi-Agent Systems, Multicriteria Decision Analysis, Group Decision Support Systems, Workflow Management Systems, e-Business, e-Marketing, Consumer Behaviour Analysis.
Denis Yannacopoulos is Professor of Management Information Systems in the Business Administration Department of the Piraeus University of Applied Sciences. He holds a BSc in Chemistry, a MSc and a PhD in Information Systems. His research interests are in Operational Research, Multicriteria Analysis and Decision Support Systems. His expertise in training issues and EU projects is utilized by the Ministry of Employment and Education and he has been a consultant of numerous public and private organisations in Greece and Cyprus. He is an active member of editorial boards and a referee of many scientific journals. He was Dean of the Administration and Economy School of the TEI of Piraeus from 2006 to 2010 and 2014 to 2016 and also President of the Hellenic Operational Research Society (HELORS) from 2005 to 2009.
