About the Author
Cathy Connor Lips has more than 25 years experience as an account executive, writer, editor, and marketing communications manager for clients from small businesses to major corporations, from regional and national nonprofits to internationally recognized arts organizations. She is a professor in the University of Baltimore's Publications Design master's program, teaching Publications Management.
