Effects of Different Professions on the Hand Kinematic Capabilities

The human hand represents a highly sophisticated Structure. The complex array of hand muscles, tendons and specialized ligamentous structures produce a capacity for fine control of movement and position of digits.This Book which is based on research study conducted on discussing the effect of different professions on Hand capabilities. These professions composed Jewelers, carpenters, basketball players, handball players, tennis ball players. The measures included hand length, power grip, pinch grip, active span between fingers (fanning) and active range of finger flexion. It will be valuable for anatomists, hand surgeons, hand rehabilitation doctors, medical doctors, physiotherapists, and nurses interested in hand study.
