In this context, a query specific text summarization would be of great help to the user. Query specific text summarization on multiple documents is more challenging than summarization on single document. Issues like, ordering of sentences extracted from different documents, scalability, efficiency etc., will be there in multiple document summarization. All the multiple document summarizers in the literature concentrate on generating a summary that is informative. Very less or no emphasis was given to coherence and efficiency. About the Author

Ravindranath Chowdary C, holds B.E in Information Science and Engineering from MSRIT Bangalore and M.E in Computer Science and Engineering from UVCE, Bangalore. He pursued his PhD in the area of Information Extraction at Indian Institute of Technology Madras in 2009. His research interests are Information Extraction, NLP and Algorithms.
