Elapsing into Love (Alpha Series)

To many, the world felt like it was ending. Thousands died each day at the hands of mankind. Nations hoarded the last drops of oil, indifferent to the lives lost. People were lied to, exploited, and abused by their governments and even their neighbors. Social elites spiraled into darker excesses while fossil fuels poisoned the planet. Ice caps melted, oceans swelled, and Earth slowly withered under humanity’s neglect.

Harvey knew people caused most of the world’s suffering, but he had his own chaos to survive. His life had been a nonstop storm, and he didn’t know how to fix himself while everything around him was falling apart. After leaving Burlington College, he craved the quiet of Vermont’s Green Mountains. With a backpack and a need to escape, he set out on the Appalachian Trail—never realizing that this single journey would change his life forever.
