The covers have yellowed, are edge worn and have creases around the edges and corners and the tip is missing from the front bottom right corner. There is a 2 inch tear along the seam with the spine from the bottom up on the front cover. The spine is missing the top 1/4 inch and the corner is missing on the back top right along the spine. This was in a priory library and the name is stamped on the title page, there is the usual writing on the dedication page, there is a date due sheet on the page facing the inside back cover which has a card pocket on it. Alot of the corner tips are bent. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
