Difficult-to-come-by original 1894 book and NOT printed new when ordered by customer. Following the reorganisation of local government in the Local Government Acts 1888 and 1894, legal guidance on elections was needed, esp re preventing corrupt and illegal election practices. Statutes and cases also included in volume. 340 pages. Quoted postage for UK 2nd class. Overseas postage at least £11.65. Minor damage at top of spine and title plate on spine showing wear. Otherwise good.
