About the Author

Rex Fuller was born in Kansas City to a farmer's daughter and a seaman's son, eldest of five in the Baby Boom's first wave. He was raised in small towns of the heartland, within a day's drive west of the Mississippi, attended Catholic schools, and married his high school sweetheart (and still is). He holds degrees from Nebraska University (BA & JD) and George Washington University (LLM). He was assigned to duty stations throughout the United States and Europe, but mostly in "the Building." Now, he is a self-employed lawyer in the Washington, D.C., area. He is undeservedly blessed with wife, son and daughter, all unimaginably beautiful.
