Thomas L. Floyd has a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (SMU) and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (UF). He has worked as a design engineer at Texas Instruments and senior engineer at Martin-Marietta (now Lockheed-Martin).
