We accept credit cards via ABE Commerce or, if you prefer, we directly accept Money Orders, PayPal, Wire Transfers, Direct Bank to Bank Transfers (such as Zelle and Venmo), and Personal Checks. All sales are in U.S dollars. Kentucky residents must pay an additional 6% sales tax.
Domestic shipping for the 1st book is $4.85 USPS Media Mail with $1.50 for each additional book or $12.00 USPS Priority Mail with $3.00 for each additional book. Special Domestic USPS Priority Mail orders are quoted separately. International USPS Priority and First Class Mail are $30.00 for the 1st book and $15.00 for each additional book. Domestic and International shipping methods such as UPS, FEDX, and other carriers are quoted on request.
