Two pocket-sized volumes from this marvellous series of collected pieces of writing. Volume I (Book I and II) Devotional and Moral. Volume II (Book III and IV) Didactic, Including Fables, Descriptive, Narrative, and Pastoral. Adorned with delicately engraved vignettes to the title pages of each divisional book. Rebound in straight grain morocco bindings with gilt detailing. Externally, both volumes have light rubbing to the spines and extremities. Some straining to all the hinges. Internally, both volumes are generally firmly bound and bright, although with some light foxing and offsetting. Good. Seller Inventory # LTH3-B-12
