Muriel Hubert holds a DESS in information and documentation systems from the University of Lille III. and a DEA in contemporary history. She has also attended training courses in documentation, notably at the Fondation pour le Progres de IHomme. This project was carried out with the collaboration of the personnel of the Development Centre library. Alice Watson, documentalist of the External Co-operation Programme, also gave valuable assistance through her management of the computerised data base. The references contained in this bibliography come from diverse sources: the Development Centre library collection, bibliographieal journals and library acquisitions lists such as those of the CIDARC and documents from the Sahel Club, for which the Development Centre library is the main partner for documentation. The extensive distribution of this bibliography is a concrete way for the Development Centre to participate in the OECDs actions in favour of the least developed countries. - - -.
