Cook and Clifford Carr. 682 pages including appendix and index. Endpapers have light brown stains (?), flyleaf has previous owner's name and address. Pages are bright and clean, free of marks or underlines. Some edgewear on the covers and spine. Packaged using bubble wrap and a sturdy cardboard box.
