London: Macmillan and Co, Limited, 1937. xi, [517]-1087 pp. 23 x 16 cm. Blue cloth covered boards with gilt titling to spine, in a light green, stiff paper dustjacket with dark blue titling. Some toning to spine of jacket, with two short (15 & 20 mm) closed tears to head and tail of front panel at spine. Some bumping along extremities of jacket, which has been clipped on the diagonal at the tail of the inside front flap. Mild to moderate bumping to spine ends and corners of boards. Light speckling to head of text block. Interior clean and unmarked. Binding sound. Due to the weigh of this book, additional postage may be required for international orders. . Hard Cover.
