About the Author:
Jesse James Garrett is one of the founders of Adaptive Path, a user experience consultancy based in San Francisco. Jesse's Web experience includes projects for companies such as AT&T, Intel, Boeing, Motorola, Hewlett-Packard, and National Public Radio.
