Stapled booklet with colour pictorial card wraps - the same design to back and front. 21.5 x 17 cm. Creasing to covers and corners, rubbing and small nicks to edges. Staples rusting. Blue and white castle illustrations to inside covers. Content generally clean and bright. In pencil to top of title page reads 'From a dental clinic for being the only one from the school to have treatment'. Not ex-library. No names, notes or inscriptions.
