Bobbi Sims established the Effectiveness Training Center in 1972 and committed herself to helping individuals and groups to help themselves. She says her greatest teachers have been her students who have turned concepts and theories into realities. She is a member of the American Society for Training and Development and the National Speakers Association.

Bobbi Sims makes her home in beautiful Corpus Christi, Texas. She continues to write, speak at national conventions and conferences, hold seminars on site for businesses and conducts weekend retreats.
