Embodying Grace: Trusting Yourself, Your Life, and Your Divinity

This book offers you the wisdom that Dr Lori Leyden has discovered and field-tested over the past two decades, and the tools she developed to achieve embodied grace on a day-to-day basis. You’ll discover the five stages of embodied grace and The Grace Process®, learn what they do and how they work, explore the power of your heart-brain-body connection and learn a straightforward formula to accelerate your spiritual journey.

How can this help you?
With practice you will be able to navigate life’s challenges with a deeper love for yourself, compassion for the circumstances you find yourself in and a stronger sense of connection with the Divine. The result is that you will feel safe enough to be fully present in your heart, with access to all you need for peace, healing and transformation.

As Dr. Leyden fervently claims, The time for spiritual ‘practice’ is over because until and unless we consistently embody and live from our spiritual values, rather than just thinking about them, we won’t achieve the healing we are seeking.

How can you help the world?
We all share at least one common trauma—the wound of separation from the Divine.

As you heal your separation trauma, the seeds of your divine destiny begin to emerge in the form of what you feel most passionate about. Your passions can guide you to your unique purpose. No one else can serve global healing in the exact ways that you can.

Your role is no less, nor greater, than anyone else’s. You matter whether your Divine expression takes the form of “local expression” with yourself and your loved ones; “community-based expression” in your profession, volunteerism, or activism; or “global expression” through synergistic collaboration with people who share your passions for contributing to world healing.

Does that feel like pressure to you–that you have to accomplish something in this lifetime?

Not to worry, it’s easier than you think! Whatever you choose to heal in yourself sets up a resonance field for that healing to unfold in our world. So truly, your greatest service work in the world is committing to your own healing as your first priority.

After all my years of personal and professional experience, I’ve come to know that the Embodying Grace framework can give you the practice you need to recognize whether you are engaging the world through your ego and all its illusions or immersing yourself in the gratitude, love, joy and wonder generated by your heart coherence. As you learn how to choose heart resonance moment by moment, day by day, you can experience the miracles and gifts all around you and live the dream of what this life can be. ~Lori Leyden
