The Emboldened Heart (Paperback)

I have to be brave,
I have to be bold,
allowing the light to enfold.

Through raw and heartfelt verse, Amanda Crundall continues her journey of healing and self-discovery. Balancing life as a poet, performer and mother, she writes with honesty and courage. The Emboldened Heart follows her acclaimed debut, Heart On Her Sleeve, offering hope and inspiration to those seeking strength, truth and emotional connection.

Amanda/Mandy is a published author, poet, spoken word performer and radio presenter. Her debut collection, "Heart On Her Sleeve", with Enigma Press, an imprint of Partnership Publishing, was published in 2024. She is based in East Yorkshire, UK. Her writings are often deep-rooted with raw emotion and energy. Amanda's candid and brutally honest approach to writing about life has been described as heartfelt, energetic, brave and bringing what others may be feeling alive and acknowledged.
