Embracing Imperfections: Finding Divine Purpose in our Brokenness

In a world fixated on flawless perfection, "Embracing Imperfections" offers a transformative perspective on leadership drawn from the ancient Japanese art of kintsugi—the practice of repairing broken pottery with gold, creating something more beautiful than before. This profound book invites leaders within the SEND ME Movement to discover how their greatest influence often flows not from projected strength but through surrendered weakness.

Through eight richly developed chapters, readers will explore how:

• Our fractures become channels for divine grace when surrendered to a higher purpose
• Limitations often catalyze our most innovative contributions
• Authentic leadership requires the humble posture of acknowledged brokenness
• Communities flourish when imperfection is embraced rather than hidden

Drawing parallels between kintsugi, wabi-sabi philosophy, and biblical principles of servant leadership, this book reveals that our most meaningful impact emerges not despite our brokenness but directly through it. When we Lead Like a Creator, we recognize that the Creator Himself often works through broken vessels—transforming our golden seams of healing into our most distinctive leadership features.

Perfect for ministry leaders, entrepreneurs, executives, and anyone seeking to lead with greater authenticity, "Embracing Imperfections" offers both practical wisdom and spiritual encouragement for the courageous journey of becoming a leader whose embraced brokenness becomes their greatest strength.
