This book is divided into three parts: integrating the non-work context into theories of organizational justice; non-work reactions to injustice; and commentary.
Stephen W. Gilliland is a Professor of Management and Policy and Vice Dean of the Eller College of Business and Public Administration at the University of Arizona. He received his Ph.D. from Michigan State University and was previously on the faculty at Louisiana State University. Stephen s research interests include organizational justice, individual decision making, and the application of these areas to human resource policies and procedures. He has published numerous articles on these issues in the Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Journal of Management. He is currently on the editorial boards of the Journal of Applied Psychology and Personnel Psychology and previously served on the board of the Academy of Management Journal. Stephen was the 1997 recipient of the Ernest J. McCormick Award for Early Career Contributions from the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
