About the Author

Izhar Oplatka is Professor of Educational Administration and Leadership and Head of the Department of Educational Policy and Administration at Tel Aviv University, Israel. His research focuses on the lives and careers of school teachers and principals, educational marketing, emotions in schools, and the foundations of educational administration as a field of study. 

Khalid Arar is President of Al-Qasemi Academic College of Education and Associate Professor of Educational Leadership & Policy Analysis in education, Israel. His research focuses in issue of diversity and equity in educational leadership and higher education, and he is Associate Editor of the International Journal of Leadership in Education.
