The Emotions of Jesus: Large Print Edition (Paperback or Softback)

Who was Jesus not only in His teachings and works, but in the emotions that animated His earthly life?

In these penetrating studies, Robert Law explores the inner life of Christ as revealed in the Gospels. Through His joy, compassion, anger, wonder, and steadfast resolve, Jesus emerges not as a distant religious figure but as the perfect expression of humanity united with complete devotion to the will of God.

Moving from Christ's joy and geniality to His compassion for the suffering and the sinful, from His righteous anger to His wonder at faith and unbelief, Law examines the emotions that accompanied the Saviour throughout His ministry. The result is a portrait that is at once deeply human and profoundly spiritual.

Combining biblical insight with practical application, these reflections illuminate the moral beauty of Christ's character and challenge readers to cultivate the same qualities in their own lives. More than an examination of the emotions, this work offers a compelling meditation on discipleship, spiritual growth, and the transforming power of the Gospel.
