Empowered to Lead: Becoming a Leader Who Impacts the World

Lead with integrity. Lead with vision. Lead with the Spirit.

Leadership is one of the greatest needs―and opportunities―of our generation. We live in a time often described as a leadership crisis. In business, government, education, and the church, the cry is the same: Where are the leaders we can trust?

In Empowered to Lead, Oral Roberts University President and global leader Dr. Billy Wilson shows why the future belongs to Spirit-empowered leaders and how you can become one who impacts the world. Drawing on decades of global ministry and executive leadership, Dr. Wilson offers a Spirit-filled road map for leading with integrity, courage, and vision in the twenty-first century.

With biblical truth and practical insight, he equips you to cultivate the fruit of the Spirit, steward your gifts, and follow the leadership model of Jesus so you can rise as a leader who impacts the world for Christ.

If you long to lead with clarity, courage, and the power of the Holy Spirit, Empowered to Lead will show you the way. Whether you’re stepping into leadership for the first time or seeking to expand your influence, this book will help you lead with wisdom, humility, and bold faith.

You don’t have to settle for leadership that merely manages. With God’s Spirit, you can lead in a way that transforms.
