The author, Anthony Raptis, grew up in South Central Los Angeles, where he saw many disempowered individuals, including himself. He began to empower himself through education and the journey toward self-knowledge, then continued his personal evolution through the study of psychology and the psychotherapeutic process. He taught college classes in personal growth and psychology, and counseled students. He began to observe the empowerment process and this book is his blueprint for achieving personal empowerment, which may be obtained by any student willing to take the journey.
