She has traveled widely but has a special love of the Arctic landscape and wildlife of the extreme north.
Giles Sparrow is a freelance author and editor, specializing in popular science. He has had books about space published by several children's publishers, including Scholastic and Dorling Kindersley.
Claudia Martin is a highly respected author of non-fiction for children and young adults, with an exceptional talent for making complex ideas accessible.
