JEFF RUBIN is the author of Why Your World Is About to Get a Whole Lot Smaller, a #1 national bestseller and the winner of the National Business Book Award. Rubin was the Chief Economist at CIBC World Markets, where he worked for over twenty years. He is a Senior Fellow with the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) and lives in Toronto.
