Todor Stoitsev, Dr.-Ing.: Studied engineering at the Faculty for German Engineering and Business Management Education of the Technical University Sofia, Bulgaria with focus on information logistics, engineering databases, and CAD systems, obtained doctoral degree in informatics at the Technical University Darmstadt, Germany in year 2009.
