Small 8vo: [2 portrait frontispiece], [6 title, To the Reader, Table], 1-48, 53-68, 65-79, [2 double portrait], 81-128, 133, 130-131, 136-137, 134-135, 140-141, 138-139, 144-145, 143, 148, 145-188, 173, 190-232pp. This collation with many misnumberings seems to closely align with copies in the National Library of Scotland and the Lbrary of Congress. However although the portrait frontispiece of King Charles is common to various editions, we have not been able to locate any other copies with the second frontispiece before the second part. It is a double portrait of Thomas Earl of Strafford & William Arch. B. of Canterbury. Contemporary calf, rebacked with original spine laid down, and new end-papers.
