About the Author

Kazuhiko Namba is an Associate Professor of Applied Linguistics at Kyoto Sangyo University. His main research interest is the structural aspects of code-switching and the role of formulaic language in bilingual children's language acquisition. He acquired his PhD and MA at Cardiff University in the UK.
