Four volumes small 8vo, full burgundy calf, raised bands, gilt extra. Acceptable. While bindings are tight and square, there is signficant rubbing to leather at the gutters and spine ends, with Volume I and Volume II having the most damaage. Each cover is embossed in gilt with 'Merchant Taylors' School/Sir James Tyler's/Elocution Prize/1901' beneath the armorial seal of the school, also in gilt. The set is priced according to exterior damage.
