No date, inscription dated 1915. 130 pages, 67 black and white plates showing some 250 glasses. Hb, in original dark blue cloth, with the title gilt-embossed on the spine and upper board; top edges gilt, bumped at corners, splash marks on upper board, foxing to edges and endpapers, dated ink inscription on front free endpaper, otherwise generally a very good copy.
