Excerpt from The English Version of the Polyglott Bible, Containing the Old and New Testaments<br/><br/>Gospel, have been studionsly regarded, so as to render it evident, that whatever va riations may have been made in the form and administration of external worship, true religion, under the former dispensa hons, was. Always essentially the same as true re on underthe present; that he is not a ew which is one outwardly; nei ther is that circumcision. Which is out ward in the ?esh: but he is a. Jew which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not. Of men, but of God.
