[xii], 58 pages + plates. In the original cloth, but without the dustwrapper. Small amount of silverfish damage to the upper edge of the rear free end paper. Some light marks to the covers. Spotting and browning to the rear end papers. 500 copies only were printed. A large and heavy volume, extra postage would be required to send it outside the UK.
