5/6 plates are intact, but missing first plate - Meg's Dod frontispiece, which has been torn out. Folio sized brown cloth covers with gilt lettering and motif on the front cover show minor soiling on top and bottom edges. Internally clean with beautiful b/w engraved plates, minor foxing on tissue flyleaf. Binding tight with secure hinges. Seller Inventory # 97469
