Enhanced Dispute Resolution Through the Use of Information Technology

Alternative Dispute Resolution has now supplanted litigation as the principal method of dispute resolution. This overview of dispute resolution addresses practical developments in areas such as family law, plea bargaining, industrial relations and torts.
