ENGLISH DESCRIPTION

This first book of the “Understand Your Mind” podcast, the most listened to podcast in Spanish and the number one about psychology, is a path to self-discovery so we can learn to live in the present and to have more communication with ourselves.

If you look at the cover of this book, you will see the image of a head with a key that clicks when it turns. Only you can decide what to do with that click and with that one phrase that may catch your attention in one of these pages. The only person that can take credit for your progress is you. All we can offer here are some allies who will greatly enjoy accompanying you in your journey of personal growth and share their wisdom which we hope will move that little key that you carry on the back of your neck.

We want to encourage you to read this book with the idea that you have a membership in our club: the club of imperfect people. It is a club based on acceptance, where we learn to love ourselves just as we are. Read this book if you dare to try to understand yourself better and accept that you are a normal person, just another regular person in the crowd… you can’t imagine how peaceful it feels.

We hope this book offers some thoughts that will ignite a spark in your mind so you can find a way out of the mental mess you're stuck in. We would love for this book to serve you not only to understand your mind, but also to ignite your mind.
